Another hot day was in store with temperatures in the upper 90's. The boys and I spent some time at the hotel park but by 10AM it was hot and to beat the heat we decided to try the Rancho Mirage Children's Museum. It was only a mile or two up the road from our hotel and it was well worth it. I was hesitant to go knowing the boys would be off in two different directions but was pleasantly surprised to find we were one of the few people there and had a lot of the space to ourselves.
The boys had a great time and ran all over the place trying everything. It was the perfect way to spend the morning. We could have spent much more time there but a break for nap and followed by time at the pool won out. It was definitely a great find!
