Drew and I always say there are many advantages to having a dog. One of them is that you get to meet your neighbors! To date, Jasper has 'introduced' us to countless neighbors on our daily walks who we have been fortunate to develop wonderful relationships with. With moving to Seattle, Jasper continues to make friends and we have had the chance to meet many people in our 'temporary' neighborhood. One family we met has a little guy named Logan. Sam and Logan are only six months apart have become 'buddies.' We often see Logan playing outside while we walk the dog and we always stop to have a little chat. After doing this for a few months the mother and I decided we should set up some official time for them to play (sans Jasper!). This morning we took the boys to the Imagine Children's Museum in Everett. It was an amazing little place full of fun things to do and stations to see. Although Sam was a little shy at first, he slowly started to get the hang of it and had a blast playing with "Yogo" (aka Logan). Sam definitely had his favorite places and it would surprise no one to learn that he preferred the train station, the life size bus and the farm. Here are some pictures from our morning playtime!
