We spent last weekend in Vancouver celebrating Canadian Thanksgiving. It as a total whirlwind visit - spending time with both Drew's family and mine.
We spent a couple hours with my mom, uncle, aunt, cousins and all their kids (including 10 day old Odessa) and then headed downtown to meet up with Grandpa, Oma and the rest of the Grenz crew. We had a great evening catching up and enjoying our first round of turkey for the season. The kids had a wonderful time too hanging out with all of their cousins and were nice and tired by the end of the evening.
In between all the family visits we also managed a trip on the Skytrain, a trip to the park and a look at some of the neat sights around Science World. Before leaving town we enjoyed brunch with Grandpa and Oma and the Kuban's for a belated birthday celebration for Drew.
Even though we have been here for 4 years, we are frequently reminded of how blessed we are to be back out west and so much closer to family! We are so thankful!

I didn't get any of my side of the family during this trip. There were a lot of camera's flashing but I haven't seen any of those photos! Hopefully some will be sent my way soon!
