Sam's New Friend

Sam has found a new friend. Ok, I guess he hasn't really found a friend - rather, he has discovered he is quite fond of the little boy staring back at him in the mirror. Every time we go into his room he passes his little mirror and breaks into the biggest smile. He will sit and smile, coo and giggle at his newfound friend and gets rather sad when we walk away. He even 'plays shy' with his friend and hides his face against us and then suddenly pops back up to give his friend a big smile. I tried really hard to get a good picture of it today but it was quite the trick to hold Sam, position the camera and get a good smile shot while looking in a mirror. This is the best picture I could get - doesn't really do it justice but I tried!
